Artist Applications

The Brockport Summer Art Festival is a juried show. Only artists who are the hands-on makers of their work may participate. Artists may be asked to verify this. Please see the Rules & Application for more details. A first-place ribbon will be awarded in each category, with each winner receiving a free booth space for the following year’s show. Best of Show receives $300. Judging takes place beginning at 9am on Saturday.

Please see the Categories. If your work does not seem to fit one of the categories, go back to the Exhibitor page. Items such as packaged food products, body care, most candles, caricaturists, etc. are considered Exhibitors.

The application deadline is March 17. Late applications with a late fee may be submitted until April 30. However, some categories (always Jewelry) may be closed after the March 17 deadline, so it’s best to check before sending in a late entry. Please see the Timeline for more details.

Please see the Rules & Application section to apply. A two-show discount for the Park Ave Festival is offered to those who apply to both Park Ave and Brockport. Please see the Park Ave Summer Art Fest page page for details about this show.

NEW THIS YEAR!!! Artists may mail in slides of their work and their booth along with their application. OR artists may upload them onto our website. The application with fees and return envelope must still be mailed in.

Please see Past Winners page for last year’s winning artists.
