Exhibitor Information

Park Ave Summer Arts Fest is an annual two-day arts and crafts festival held the first weekend of June in Fairport, NY. This is one of the Northeast's premier events, drawing approximately a quarter-million visitors each year.

Eligibility

Park Ave Summer Arts Fest is an arts and crafts festival for artists of all mediums. However, dealers, commercial enterprises, or studios involved in volume production are not permitted. Each work displayed must be the work of the applicant. The following items are not permitted: logo items, such as NFL, Disney, etc.; items made from commercially-available kits; plastic flowers; incense; or ceramic items made from commercial molds.

Applications

We accept both paper-based mailed applications or online applications to Park Ave Summer Arts Fest.

Preferred application method: Apply online to exhibit at Park Ave Summer Arts Fest! Applying online lets you pay registration and booth fees with your credit card. Plus, you can upload digital photos rather than mailing slides. Save time, stamps, and paper by applying online today.

The "Fine Print"

Submission of an application is a commitment to participate. No refunds after April 15th or for removal of cause. Exceptions at the sole discretion of the event Chairperson.

Park Ave Summer Arts Fest is sponsored by the Fairport-Perinton Merchants Assocation, a non-profit organization of merchants in the Village of Fairport and Town of Perinton. Proceeds from the event are reinvested in the Fairport community in the form of beautification projects and donations to local charities.
