The Park Ave Summer Arts Fest is making its return to Rochester, New York on August 2 & August 3, 2008. Voted Rochester’s liveliest and most popular annual summer events, the Park Ave Fest features over 300 artists and craftspeople from 21 states and Canada. Attracting more than 240,000 people each year, this is a Festival you won’t want to miss out on! The booth fee for Park Avenue 2008 is $1,300.00, which includes electricity. A separate $100.00 cleaning deposit check is also required. The $100 check is refundable should your space not need to be professionally cleaned upon conclusion of the event. The fee is a base fee versus a 22.5% of gross sales for each 10’ x 10’ booth space.
Below you will find applications for this event. Please fill out and return your food vendor application with a current photo of your booth and the $25.00 application fee (per event). The application deadline is March 17, 2008.
All food vendor applications go through a review and approval process by each presenting association. Therefore the sooner you submit your application, the sooner we can get it approved and issue contracts. Incomplete applications or nonpayment of the $25 application fee will delay the review process.
