Ontario ARC is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering life-long fulfillment through active citizenship and enriched community living for individuals with disabilities or other challenges. Their vision is that all individuals with disabilities or other challenges are one with their communities.
Using entire shows from the Grateful Dead’s massive catalogue from 30 years of touring, DSO recreates the original song-for-song set list for an entirely new generation of Deadheads. Dark Star Orchestra presents its critically-acclaimed live show at esteemed venues coast to coast and internationally. Touring nationwide for over two decades, with more than 2600 shows in the rear view mirror, the band’s steadfast commitment to “raising the Dead” has drawn national media attention and a huge “deadicated” fan base.
Born and raised in both Rochester and Old Forge, New York, Terri Reisinger has been a professional sign language interpreter for over ten years. She graduated from RIT’s Interpreting program and has worked in a variety of settings over the years. Having a huge passion for the performing arts she has interpreted for rock and roll greats such as Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers and Phish. When not working Terri can be found with her beautiful four-year-old son, laughing, snowboarding, hiking and enjoying the magic of live music and festivals.
A native to the Rochester area, Kim Billyard got her degrees at the Rochester Institute of Technology including a MS in Human Resource Development and both BS/AAS in American Sign Language-English Interpretation. She has been a professional sign language interpreter for more than 13 years. In her free time, she enjoys camping, playing card games, meditation, and going to see her favorite bands perform.
We are ALL craving live music! We’ve made it easy and safe to drive right in and sit in or in front of your car with your favorite people for an evening of a live show. Drive-In LIVE at Roseland is a live experience with artists performing full sets with large LED screens and speakers so you can enjoy the show from anywhere you are parked.
One ticket per vehicle gets you and your friends -MAXIMUM FOUR PERSONS, INCLUDING CHILDREN, PER VEHICLE- your own private individual tailgating zone about the size of two parking spaces-
You can bring your own food and drink to enjoy at the show.
If your party is consuming alcoholic beverages, please have a designated driver. Underage or excessive drinking will not be tolerated, and we insist that you drink responsibly.
First Tier (purple), Second Tier (yellow), and Third Tier (blue) tickets available for online purchase in advance only. All tickets are general admission, and only specific areas are designated. There will be no ticket sales at the gate. Spots cannot be reserved or changed once you are parked. Cars with more than four occupants (including children) will be turned away without refund.
Upon entering, please hold your mobile ticket (phone) against the rolled-up window of your vehicle so staff can scan through the glass. Passenger vehicles only. No motorcycles, buses, party buses, limousines, RV’s, bicycles, or foot traffic allowed. ADA accessible vehicles will be permitted. (advance notice required).
For the safety of the venue and Box Office Staff, patrons must have a mask on in case the windows need to be lowered to check in or communicate with staff.
Event is Rain or Shine.
If patrons wish to park near friends, it is recommended that they meet away from the venue and drive in together.
Vehicles will be spaced to accommodate social distancing. Cars will park in adjacent double space fashion: one space for the vehicle, and the adjacent space, as well as space in front of your vehicle, for patron-provided folding chairs.
Vehicle spot is first come first serve based on admission selection. Once parked, vehicle relocation is not allowed: Patrons are required to follow parking attendants’ directions to their parking spot.
Please turn vehicle off once parked. Attendees will be able to hear the live show via a full PA.
We ask that all guests remain inside their vehicles for the duration of the events. Those that wish to sit outside their vehicles will have a space to allow them to do so in front of their bumper. Co-mingling or congregating between vehicles will not be allowed and those that violate this policy will be putting our permit to continue these events in jeopardy and will be asked to leave.
Tailgating: Sitting on a tailgate or in the bed of a truck is acceptable during the show, however, traditional tailgating will not be permitted (yard games, grills, generators, etc.).
Trunks shall remain closed for the duration of the show, so all patrons have premier viewing. Hatchbacks may be kept open as long as the hatch is kept parallel to roof height so as not to block anyone’s view.
Patrons may only leave their vehicle space to use restrooms and will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
Additionally, face makes must be worn if you are out of your vehicle for any reason other that the space in front of your car.
The safety of fans, artists, crews and staff is our first priority. Drive-In LIVE at Roseland are designed to provide social distancing and meet all local and New York State health and safety standards. Your cooperation in following the basic rules outlined below will help to ensure your safety as well as other attendees’.
We ask that all guests attend only when everyone in your group is not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, including but not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. If traveling from another state, please check travel restrictions.
All guests are required to follow NYS and CDC social distancing guidelines while on premises, maintaining a distance of 6 feet from others. See YOUR SPACE, above for clarification.
State guidance on social distancing, public gatherings and certain procedures and practices is subject to change. Drive-In LIVE at Roseland will keep customers informed of changes as they pertain to these events at www.RochesterEvents.com.
Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Security will be present to prosecute anyone consuming alcoholic beverages under the age of 21.
This is a carry-in-carry out facility, with limited receptacles near the restrooms. Please help us by obeying this policy. Leave no trace.
Port-a-johns are place in clusters at the outside of various rows. Each cluster will have at least one ADA accessible port-a-john. Cleaning staff will be thoroughly sanitizing each unit before and after each show, and with increased frequency of high-touch areas throughout each show. If there is a wait to enter a restroom, guests must adhere to the social distance markings leading to the restrooms. Guests are encouraged to use the facilities in their own home prior to the show.
Attendees must leave after closing of show, no post-show tailgating permitted.
No pets allowed, unless it is a service animal (proof will be required).
Smoking and vaping is prohibited in the parking areas.
No refunds unless the event is cancelled.

DSLR Cameras, fireworks, glass bottles, propane/charcoal/gas grills, BBQ pits, open fires, illegal drugs, inflatables or anything to obstruct the view of stage, signs/banners, pop-up tents, video or audio recording, drones, firearms/weapons/knives.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE DIRECTIVES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.
