There are two gates/entry points to Party in the Park: the west gate is at the corner of Court and Chestnut Streets, and the east gate is at the corner of Court Street and the traffic circle.

The Strong parking lot

• Party in the Park ticketholders who wish to park in The Strong museum parking lot may do so for a $7 fee beginning at 4:30 p.m. on event Thursdays. Cars should enter the lot via Woodbury Boulevard or Pitkin Street and must pay upon arrival. Tailgating is not permitted. Lot closes at 10:30 p.m.; overnight parking is not permitted. $35 Individual, VIP Ultra Lounge Tickets are on sale at:

• The gate on the day of the show. Gates open at 5 p.m. and entry is allowed until 9:30 p.m.;
• The Blue Cross Arena box office, 1 War Memorial Square;
• Ticketmaster (with associated service charges); or
• 800-745-3000 (with associated service charges).

Once the event sells out, no additional tickets will be available for purchase.

Party in the Park is an outdoor event, hosted at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park at 353 Court street (corner of Court and Chestnut streets). Should weather become severe, there is a rain location at Anthology, located at 336 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14604. Rain location will be announced by 3pm day of show via social media.

All tickets are non-refundable UNLESS the show is cancelled. If the show is cancelled, you will need to go to your point of purchase for a refund.

Food Vendors change weekly. Many food vendors offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Food vendor lineup is posted weekly on our Facebook page.

Patrons are permitted to bring in one sealed bottle of water. All other outside food, drinks and alcohol are not permitted. There are many food vendors and alcohol booths at the event.

Party in the Park is wheelchair accessible in that there are no steps to traverse in order to get into or out of the park. However, the majority of the area of Party in the Park is grass, and it does slope as it gets closer to the stage. Therefore, the closer one gets to the stage, the more up-hill there is to get back to the top.
